K.Will

Kim Hyung Soo or is more popular to be called by his stage name K.Will was born on the 30th of December, 1981 and is a South Korean ballad singer, vocal coach, dancer, composer, and actor. He first become popular in the South Korean because of his single entitled, Dream in the OST

of A Love to Kill that was released in the year 2006. He has great connections to many collaborations and drama soundtracks, and he can also rap and dance. On the 2nd of December, 2008, he had released a digital single called, “Love 119”. The said single had achieved number one spot on online charts and had ranked number two on the KBS Music Ban K-Chart without even any promotions. Since his earlier single has been a success, he later on released a mini album named, “Dropping the Tears” on the 31st of March, 2009. His deep, husky and beautiful voice had made the song full of emotions and it had also reached number one spot on online charts, but not as fast the “Love 119”. He had also worked with the two members of girl group Girl’s Generation namely Yuri and Tiffany. Yuri had appeared in his “Dropping the Tears” music video while Tiffany had sang a duet with him called “Girl, Meets Love”.During his album promotions, Lee Min Ho who is the lead male actor for the drama Boys Over Flowers had asked him for vocal training. And thank to his help, the actor had later on sing the song, My Everything. K.Will had surprised his fans with versatility. He had created a special stage with the faster rapper of South Korea namely Outsider, and the singer had shown his skills by rapping as fast as Outsider. He was also invited to be a part of the “Korean Music Festival 2009” in Japan alongside with T-Max and Jo Sung Mo because of his participation to the OST of the drama, Brilliant Legacy. He had made his debut in acting for the “Soul Special: Music Drama” where he had worked with actress Han Hyo Joo. The said drama was a revolution of the entertainment business since all of its episodes were only released online. K.Will’s title track, Miss, Miss and Miss is only a moderate success and had only reached the 8th spot for KBS Music Bank K-Chart. He had also collaborated with Outsider in this album, after their success on the summer. But sad to say, their song, “Hypnosis” was banned on the KBS because it has the word “mute”. This was very much unfortunate for Starship Entertainment since they had planned to promote this song after the current title track “Miss, Miss and Miss”. K.Will had debuted in the U.S.A through “the three romanticists concert alongside with Kim Bum Soo and Yoo Seung Chan on the 5th of March, 2010. His new single, Present was later on released on March 10, 2010 and had achieved number one spot on many online music charts.
